About Me
Let me introduce myself – my name is Rick, and I am an author, writer, and audio producer. My book Evolution Talk (adapted from my science podcast series) was published by Prometheus Book in October 2022. Since 2016 I have produced 11 consecutive audio fiction series geared towards middle-grade and young-adult audiences. Working with an international cast of voice artists, I introduced a new generation of audio listeners to shows such as The Behemoth, Bryar Lane, Pixie, and the super-heroine tale Inhale. I have also performed post-production for Marvel’s official podcasts Women of Marvel and This Week in Marvel.
Overall, I have written and produced 15 podcast series that have reached a worldwide audience of over one million listeners. With all of my shows, I have combined my love of writing with the magic of audio.
It’s not just audio, either. In 2021 I launched the Joy of Vinyl YouTube channel that’s all about my love of the vinyl record format.
My work as a writer and producer was featured in the nightly television series NH Chronicle (on ABC affiliate WMUR) in May 2018.
